Amnesty International Flag Raising at Barrie City Hall

Join me for a Write for Rights event! This event will start at 10 am with the Amnesty International Flag Raising to celebrate International Human Rights Day and then going inside the Barrie City Hall to sign letters and cards and warm up with a bit of hot chocolate.
